About the Book
The American Airport Screener is based on real-life experiences in the common-day airport, it provides facts and information that will make you aware of the dangers airports face and will serve as a guide to help you become a more responsible traveler.
The reality of what airport screeners do has become very apparent in the media as of late. Screeners have found components of possible IEDs (improvised explosive devices) in people's luggage. This includes block cheese with cell phone devices attached, pipes, switches, and clay-like substances. The TSA (Transportation and Security Administration) is investigating into these matters. It is thought that these may be terrorist related "Dry Runs", which are meant to test and probe our security for weaknesses!
All of this is very disturbing. Make no mistake. Our enemies are alive, very real, and they are still out there!
